Marketplace Terms of Use
These terms govern use of Elevated Wellness Coach Network. By creating or using an account, visitors and members agree to act honestly, lawfully and respectfully.
Related documents: The Client Relationship Agreement, Coach Participation Agreement, Messaging Consent, Services & Scope Disclosures, Privacy Policy, and Payment Policy are incorporated when they apply to your role or activity.
Website visitors and educational content
Public pages, profiles, articles, social posts, course previews, downloads and other educational materials are general information. They are not individualized medical, nutrition, mental-health, exercise, legal or financial advice and do not create a coaching or professional relationship. Do not use them to delay qualified care.
Electronic agreement and account eligibility
A coach cannot submit an application or create a profile without affirmatively accepting the Coach Ethical Standards and Terms of Use, acknowledging the Privacy Policy, and typing an electronic signature. The Network records the accepted document version and time. Coaches must be adults, provide accurate current information, protect account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
The Network’s role
The Network helps people discover independent wellness coaches. Unless expressly stated otherwise, coaches are not employees, agents or healthcare providers of Elevated Wellness Me. The Network does not guarantee results, compatibility, credentials, availability or the quality of an independent coach’s services.
Coaching scope
Wellness coaching is educational and supportive. It does not diagnose, prescribe, treat disease, interpret medical testing or replace licensed medical, mental-health, legal or emergency services. Users remain responsible for healthcare and purchasing decisions.
Profiles and credentials
Coaches must provide accurate, current information and use credential titles precisely. Self-reported information is labeled separately from information independently reviewed by the Network. Misrepresentation may result in profile suspension or removal.
Recommendations
Only a person who personally hired or received support from a coach may recommend that coach. Recommendations require relationship confirmation and consent before publication. False, coercive, discriminatory, promotional or privacy-invasive submissions are prohibited. The Network may moderate or decline content.
Private client communications
Client messages and client information belong in the client’s assigned private portal. They are available only to that client and the coach assigned to that client, except narrowly limited access by authorized platform personnel when reasonably necessary for security, support, legal compliance or investigating a reported violation. Coaches may not access another coach’s client records, share portal links, move client information into the coach community or disclose confidential information without valid authorization or legal obligation.
Social sharing and content
Coaches retain responsibility for their posts, claims, permissions and compliance on each social platform. Sharing controls prepare or open posts but do not grant the Network standing permission to publish externally. Users must respect intellectual property, confidentiality and platform rules.
Payments, cancellations and disputes
Prices, USD currency, renewal terms and any platform fee are disclosed before purchase. The Payment, cancellation and refund policy governs Network membership charges and explains the separate responsibility for independent coach services. A Stripe redirect alone is not proof of payment; access is activated only after server verification.
Enforcement and changes
The Network may review reports, request information, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts for safety, legal, privacy or ethical violations. Features may be changed, paused or discontinued. Material changes that affect an active paid renewal will be communicated before they take effect.
Disclaimers and limits
The site and platform are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. No outcome, uninterrupted access, coach availability or error-free operation is guaranteed. Elevated Wellness Me is not responsible for an independent coach's services or statements. These terms do not exclude gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, fraud, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Ohio law and severability
Ohio law governs platform-related disputes to the extent permitted by law. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining terms continue. This document does not create mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a jury-trial waiver; any such provision requires separate, conspicuous terms reviewed by qualified counsel.
