Messaging & Electronic Communications Consent
These terms explain the private messaging relationship between clients and coaches, including electronic risks and optional Coach Ledger sharing.
Private relationship
A conversation is visible only to the verified client and assigned coach, subject to narrowly limited platform access for security, support, legal compliance, and investigation of reported misuse. Coaches cannot browse another coach's conversations. A client can communicate only within that client's own assigned relationships.
Not emergency or clinical messaging
Messages are not continuously monitored and are not medical, mental-health, crisis, or emergency care. Do not send urgent symptoms, suicidal thoughts, threats, abuse reports requiring immediate protection, or other emergencies. Call 911 or the appropriate local emergency resource and contact a qualified professional.
Minimum necessary information
Use messages for scheduling, coaching goals, accountability, general education, and agreed follow-up. Do not include full medical records, diagnoses, government identifiers, passwords, card or bank numbers, intimate images, or information that is not reasonably needed for coaching.
Electronic communication risks
Email, text, video meetings, portal messages, notifications, and internet services can be delayed, misdirected, unavailable, or accessed without authorization despite reasonable safeguards. Protect sign-in codes, private links, devices, and notification previews. Notify support promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
Coach Ledger sharing
Coach Network and Coach Ledger are separate products. Sharing Network conversation content with a linked Ledger workspace is optional, off by default, limited to the assigned relationship, and requires a separate client choice. Revoking sharing stops future transfer but may not delete information already lawfully copied or retained for security, dispute, or legal purposes. Private coach notes are never automatically shown to the client.
Records and consent
The platform records the relationship, participant identifiers, consent version, messages, and timestamps needed to provide the service, protect accounts, and resolve disputes. By accepting, the signer consents to electronic communications and records and may withdraw from future messages by closing the conversation, subject to lawful retention of existing records.
