Privacy Policy
Elevated Wellness Coach Network, created by Elevated Wellness Me, respects the privacy of coaches, clients and visitors. This policy explains the information the Network collects and how it is used.
Information we collect
We may collect profile and application information, professional credentials, contact details, social-profile links, availability, service information, recommendation submissions, electronic signatures, document versions, acceptance timestamps, consent records and technical information needed for security and site operation. Do not submit diagnoses, treatment records or other sensitive health details to public or community areas.
How information is used
Information is used to review coach applications, operate searchable profiles, verify eligible client recommendations, record legal acceptance, prevent misuse, communicate about the Network and improve its services. A recommendation is not published until the prior coaching relationship and publication consent are reviewed.
Private client portals and coach access
Client portal information and messages are segregated by coaching relationship. A client may access only that client’s portal, and a coach may access only clients assigned to that coach’s private workspace. Other coaches cannot see those messages or records. Authorized platform personnel may access limited information only when reasonably necessary for security, support, legal compliance or investigation of a reported violation, and such access should be limited and logged where technically available. Clients and coaches must keep private access links and account credentials confidential.
Sharing, vendors and payment data
Public profile information is visible to visitors after a profile is approved. When someone chooses a social sharing button, that platform receives information according to its own privacy policy. Authentication, hosting, email, calendar and payment processing may be provided by separate vendors under their own terms. Stripe collects payment-card and bank credentials through its secure pages; Coach Network does not store complete card or bank credentials. Stripe may receive contact, transaction, payment-method, device, browser, IP-address and fraud-prevention information to process and secure payments. Sensitive information and health privacy
Do not submit health records or sensitive clinical details unless a specific private feature asks for information reasonably needed for the service. Coach Network is not represented as an electronic health record or universally HIPAA-covered service. Whether HIPAA applies depends on the role and activities of each business. A coach who is a covered entity or business associate remains responsible for required notices, safeguards and business associate agreements.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete eligible account information, close a conversation, revoke future Coach Ledger sharing, change marketing preferences or request an export by contacting support. Some information may be retained for completed transactions, signed agreements, security, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations. Identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request.
Retention, security and choices
We retain information only as reasonably needed for Network operations, legal obligations, fraud prevention and dispute resolution. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can promise absolute security. You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible information by contacting support@elevatedwellness.me.
Children and changes
The Network is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the marketplace develops and will post the new effective date and request renewed acceptance when appropriate.
